Applications are invited upto 5.45 p.m on 20-07-2010 for direct recruitment to the following post in the Mobile Veterinary Unit in the Dairy Development Department in the Tamil Nadu General Service

1. Veterinary Assistant Surgeon : 07 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.9300-34800 +GP Rs.4700/-
• Age : Should not have completed 30 years of age as on 01.07.2010 (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Candidates should possess the following or its equivalent qualification on the date of this Notification, viz. 18-06-2010: (i) A Degree in Veterinary Science of any University or Institution recognized by the University Grants Commission for the purpose of its grant AND (ii) Must be a Registered Veterinary practitioner under the Indian Veterinary Council Act 1984 (Central Act 52 of 1984)
