Job Details

1. Deputy Registrar (Finance & Accounts) : 01 Post
• Scale of Pay : PB-3, Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with GP Rs. 7,600/-
• Qualification : A Post Graduate degree with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade with specialization in Finance/Accounts or ICWA/CA/MBA (Finance). At least 8 years of experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent in Accounts/Finance/Audit branch in Scientific organizations / Universities / Technological Institutions. Experience/exposure to computer based accounting and audit will be preferred.

2. Deputy Librarian : 01 post (Lien bound)
• Scale of Pay : PB-3, Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/- with GP Rs. 5,400/-
• Qualification : Master’s degree in Library / Information Science/ Documentation in second class and a consistently good academic record. 5 years experience as university Deputy/ Assistant Librarian or College Librarian. Evidence of innovative Library Service and organization of published work.Desirable: Experience in information science/documentation/archives and manuscript keeping, computerization of library services.

3. Office Superintendent : 02 Posts
• Scale of Pay : PB-2, Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with GP Rs. 4,200/-
• Qualification : Bachelor’s degree with 5 years’ experience in General Administration, preferably in Central Govt. Institutes/Offices, with knowledge of computer office applications and secretarial practices

4. Technical/Scientific Assistant : 01 Post
• Scale of Pay : PB-2, Rs. 9,300 – 34,800/- with GP Rs. 4,200/-
• Qualification : Masters degree in Science/BE/B.Tech with at least 2 years relevant experience in Laboratory or Research Institute

5. Office Assistant (Multi skill) : 02 Posts
• Scale of Pay : PB-1, Rs. 5,200 – 20,200/- with GP Rs. 2,800/-
• Qualification : Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years’ experience in handling office papers, computers, stores, laboratory equipment and audio visual equipment in reputed Government Institutions / Universities.
