National Centre for Antarctic & Ocean Research is looking for trained personnel preferably Ex-Indian Army personnel from EME / Engineers corps on contract basis for its research base at Antarctica for the season 2010-2012.
- 1. Generator Operator (EE Mech) : 02 Posts
- 2. Vechicle Mechanic (EE Mech) : 03 Posts
- 3. Boiler / Pumb Mechanic (Plumber / Fitter) : 01 Post
- 4. Station Electrician : 03 Posts
- 5. Vehicle Mech (Tech B/C Vehicle) : 04 Posts
- 6. Operator Excavating Machine (Zozers & Cranes) : 01 Post
Pay : Contract Wages Rs. 15000/- PM for those who are going to Antarctica for the first time. Rs. 20000/- PM for those who already have been to Antarctica on NCAOR contract
