1. Public Prosecutors in Central Bureau of Investigation : 15 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100+5400(Grade pay)
• TE: Rs.28350/-
• Age : Not exceeding 35 years
• Qualification :Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent
• Experience : Seven years practice at the Bar in conducting criminal cases

2. Senior Public Prosecutors in Central Bureau of Investigation : 17 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100+Rs.6600 (Grade pay)
• TE: Rs.29970/-
• Age : Not exceeding 40 years
• Qualification :Degree in Law of a recognized University or equivalent
• Experience : Eight years practice as an Advocate in conducting criminal cases
