Applications are invited or Stipendiary Trainees Category I for training in BARC, Mumbai/Tarapur/Kalpakkam

1. Stipendiary Trainees (Category I)
• Total no of Posts : 201 (SC –36, ST -36, OBC – 83, PH-01 and UR-45)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200 (After successful completion of training)
• Stipend: Rs. 9300/- p.m.
• Age : 19 years Minimum and 24 years Maximum as on 01/05/2010 (Relaxable as per rules)
• Disciplines :
  1.1 Mechanical Engg. - 32 Posts
  1.2 Chemical Engg. - 45 Posts
  1.3 Instrumentation - 08 Posts
  1.4 Electronics - 13 Posts
  1.5 Electrical - 11 Posts
  1.6 Information Technology - 03 Posts
  1.7 Metallurgy - 01 Post
  1.8 Telecommunication - 01 Post
  1.9 Chemistry - 33 Posts
  1.10 Physics - 48 Posts
  1.11 Computer Science - 06 Posts
• Physical Standards : Minimum Height : 160 cms. Minimum weight : 45.5 Kgs (Relaxable if the candidate is otherwise medically fit.)
