1. Deputy Manager (Manufacturing)
• Age : 40 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university. Candidate should be an approved manufacturing chemist from any of the central/state FDA authorities in the manufacture of in vitro diagnostic reagents / kits.
  Those with post graduation in the above disciplines will be preferred.

2. Deputy Manager (Quality Control)
• Age : 40 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university. Candidate should be approved quality control chemist from any of the central/state FDA authorities in the quality control of in vitro diagnostic reagents / kits.
  Those with post graduation in the above disciplines will be preferred
  

3. Assistant Managers (HR)
• Age : 37 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification :Full time MBA (HR) / MSW(PM&IR) / PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) / MA (PMIR). LLB Desirable.

4. Assistant Managers (Purchase)
• Age : 37 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical)/B.Pharm or MBA / PG Diploma Material / Purchase Management)

5. Assistant Managers (R&D)
• Age : 37 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification :M.Sc (Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology)

6. Supervisor (Manufacturing)
• Age : 37 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university

7. Supervisor (QC)
• Age : 37 yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : B.Sc (Microbiology / Biochemistry / Chemistry / Biotechnology) OR Graduation in Pharmacy from a recognized university
