HLL is on the look out for young, bright and energetic, professionals who wish to build the career with HLL and having good academic record for the position of ‘MANAGEMENT TRAINEES’ in the disciplines of Engineering, Marketing, Human Resources and Pharma.

Eligiblity Criteria

1. Engineering
• Qualification : BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical/ Chemical/ Electronics/ Biomedical / Civil / Industrial Engineering / Instrumentation / Bio-technology / Electrical & Electronics / Applied Electronics / Electronics & Communication / Rubber Technology / Computer Science / Information Technology and Allied branches of Study) with minimum 60% aggregate marks

2. Marketing
• Qualification : Full time MBA (Marketing)/2 years PGDBM(Marketing)/MIB/MPIB with minimum 60% aggregate marks from University/ Institutes of repute and standing

3. Human Resources
• Qualification : Full time MBA (HR) / MSW(PM&IR) / PGDPM (equivalent to MBA) / MA (PMIR) with minimum 60% aggregate marks . Additional qualification of LLB Desirable

4. Pharma
• Qualification :B.Pharm with minimum 60% aggregate marks

Age & Salary Max. Age as on 28.04.2010 : 37 yrs . Pay : During the period of training, the Management Trainees will be given a stipend of Rs.15000/- (under revision). On placement as Assistant Manager, they will be placed in the Scale of Pay of Rs.12600 – 32500 with all other benefits
