Applications are invited from interested students for the award of Junior Research Fellowships of the Department of Atomic Energy tenable at the Centre. The selected
candidates will be eligible to register for Ph.D. in Homi Bhabha National Institute (HBNI, a deemed to be university of Department of Atomic Energy).

1. Junior Research Fellowships
• No. of Fellowships : 50
• Pay: Rs.12,000/- per month (consolidated) for first 2 years . Rs.14,000/- per month (consolidated) for 3 rd year. book allowance : Rs.15,000/- per year.
• Age : 28 years of age as on 01.07. 2010 (Relaxable as per rules)
• Disciplines :
  Physics
  Chemistry
  Chemical Engineering
  Computer Science
  Electronics & Instrumentation Engineering
  Electronics & Communication Engineering
  Mechanical Engineering
  Metallurgy / Materials Science /Materials technology/Material Science and Engineering or related degrees.

Last Date for receipt of application : 21.05.2010
Written Test : 3rdt week of June, 2010
Interview : 2nd week of July, 2010
Likely Date of Joining : 1st week of August, 2010
