Two Junior Research Fellowships in the following disciplines are available initially for a period of two years (extendable as per DRDO Rules) to work on the DRDO Project titled “Effectiveness Studies of Techniques for Scientific Performance Measurement” :-

1. Junior Research Fellow : 02 Posts
• Stipend: Rs 12,000/-(also HRA, and Medical facilities shall be admissible, as per DRDO rules)
• Age : 28 years age as last date for receipt of application (Relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST, by 3 years for OBC candidates, and 5 years additional for Physically Handicapped persons (HH & OH only)).
• Qualification :First Class Master degree in Psychology/Statistics
• Subjects :
  Psychology ( specialization in Organisation Behaviour/Psychometrics/Personality) : 01 Post
  JRF in Statistics : 01 Post
