• Pay Scale : Rs. 20600 – 46500
• Age : 35 years

Management Trainees

1. Management Trainee : 07 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.16,400-Rs.40,500/- after successful completion of training
• Stipend: Rs.15,000/- per month during the training period
• Age : 28 years and below as on 30.04.10
• Disciplines :
  Operations -04
  Finanace - 01
  Marketing - 02

FOR DREDGER BACK HOE

1. Assistant Manager : 04 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.16,400-Rs.40,500/-
• Age : 35 years

2. Trainee Operator : 09 Posts
• Pay Scale : :Rs.6000-190-6760-200-11560
• Age : 25 years

FLOATING ESTABLISHMENT

1. Petty Officer (dredging) : 10 Posts
• Pay: As per INSA-NUSI Agreement
• Age : Below 45 years

2. Dredge Grade Cadets : 15 Posts
• Stipend : Rs.10,000/- p.m for first 12 months. For balance period, stipend will be @ Rs.15,000/- p.m.
• Age : 18 to 23 years
