Dr. MCR HRD Institute, the apex training and research institute of the Andhra Pradesh State Government invites applications for the following faculty and other posts as detailed below on deputation basis / on contractual appointment

1. Professor of Disaster Management

2. Professor of Disaster Management
• Qualification : A post graduate degree in any branch of Science,/ Engineering/ Management/ Medical Science /Physical/ Material/ Earth Sciences/ Agricultural/Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences/ Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas with a consistently good academic record and a minimum of 10 (Ten) Years of teaching/ training experience & Publications in Disaster Management or hands on experience in Government or Defence
  organizations. A Candidate with a Ph.D. degree in the related area of Disaster management with relevant working/field experience will be desirable. Retired or Serving Officers from All India Services not below the rank of Prl. Secretary/ Secretary to the Government or from Defence Services not below the rank of a Brigadier will be preferred.

3. Associate/Asst Professor of Disaster Management
• Qualification : A post graduate degree in any branch of Science,/ Engineering/ Management/ Medical Sciece /Physical/ Material/Earth Sciences/ Agricultural/, /Animal Husbandry/ Veterinary Sciences /Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas with a consistently good academic record and a minimum of 5 (Five)years of teaching /training experience in the area of Disaster Management or hands on experience in Government or Defense organizations.
  Candidate with research experience and publications on Disaster Management and hands on experience will be preferred.

4. Training & Research Assistant
• Qualification : A post graduate degree in any branch of Science,/ Engineering/ Management/ /Physical/ Material/Earth Sciences/ Geology/ Geography/ Environmental Science and related areas with a consistently good academic record.

Maximum Age Limit: 55 Years, 50 Years, 40 Years for the posts of Professor, Assistant Professor and Training & Research Assistant respectively
