WIHG invites applications for the under mentioned purely temporary tenured positions in the following project sponsored by Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India

1. Project Scientist "C" : 01 Post
• Age Limit : Not exceeding 40 years as on 01.10.2010
• Pay Scale : Rs.15600-39100-Grade pay Rs. 6,600/- plus admissible allowances.

2. Project Scientist-B : 01
• Age Limit : Not exceeding 35 years as on 31.10.2010
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 – 39,100 – Grade Pay Rs. 5,400/- plus admissible allowances

3. Junior Research Fellow : 02 Posts
• Age Limit : Not exceeding 28 years as on 31.10.2010
• Pay : Ist Year : Rs. 12,000/- p.m. consolidated plus admissible House Rent Allowance, IInd Year : Rs. 14,000/- p.m. consolidated plus admissible H.R.A.

4. Project Assistant : 02 Posts
• Age Limit : Not exceeding 28 years as on 31.10.2010
• Pay : Rs. 8000/- p.m. consolidated / fixed
