Applications for the post of Junior Engineer (Civil Engineering) & Junior Engineer (Horticulture) are hereby invited on prescribed Format (given below) from the eligible candidates of Indian nationality so as to reach the office of Chief Engineer, Municipal Corporation, Chandigarh

1. Engineer (Civil Engineering) : 04 Posts (SC-2, OBC-2)
• Pay Scale : 10300-34800+Grade Pay 3800 plus allowances
• Age : 18 years to 25 years, as on 1.4.2010 for general category (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification :Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University / Institute or equivalent

2. Junior Engineer (Horticulture) : 02 Posts
• Pay Scale : 10300-34800+Grade Pay 3800 plus allowances
• Age : 18 years to 25 years, as on 1.4.2010 for general category (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : B.Sc degree in Agriculture with Horticulture as a special subject, 3 years course after Pre-University of a recognized University or equivalent
