• Age : 40 years
• Qualification :ACA/ AICWA
• Experience : 13 years managerial experience in various areas of Finance and Accounts. Effective communication skills and experience in dealing with functional heads at senior level

2. eneral Manager/ Deputy General Manager in the Corporate Social Responsibility
• Pay Scale : Rs.36,600-62,000 / Rs.32900-58000
• Age : 40 years / 36 years
• Qualification : Master's Degree or recognized equivalent post graduate diploma in Social Sciences or Social Work or Sustainable Development or Rural Development/ Management or Community Development or Management
• Experience : 13 years managerial experience in various areas of CSR for General Manager and 9 years managerial experience for Deputy General Manage
