• Age : 50/45 yrs as on 01.03.2010
• Qualification :CA / ICWA
• Experience : 12/10 yrs in handling finance and accounts functions in a commercial organization of which 3-5 yrs should be in managerial position heading the department or its sub function

2. Sr. Manager / Manager (Finance)
• Pay Scale : Rs.24900-50500/ Rs.20600-46500
• Age : 40 yrs as on 01.03.2010
• Qualification :CA / ICWA
• Experience : 8/5 yrs in handling finance and accounts functions in a commercial organization

3. Deputy Managers / Assistant Managers (Finance)
• Pay Scale : Rs.16400-40500/ Rs.12600-32500
• Age : 40 / 37 yrs as on 01.03.2010
• Qualification :CA / ICWA
• Experience : 3/1 yrs in handling finance and accounts functions in a commercial organization

4. Accounts Officers
• Age : 37 Years as on 01.03.2010
• Qualification :CA (Inter) / ICWA (Inter)
• Experience : Hands on experience in Accounts / Audit functions in a commercial organization
