Following posts are to be filled up on purely temporary basis at the Medicinal Plants Unit, ICMR Headquarters, New Delhi in the projects “Review Monographs on Indian Medicinal Plants” and “Quality Standards of Indian Medicinal Plants”

Job Details

Project-I – Review Monographs on Indian Medicinal Plants

1. Research Scientists II : 02 Posts
• Salary: Rs. 20,700/ - pm (fixed)+HRA
• Age : Below 45 years
• Qualification : Ph.D. in Chemistry/Botany/Pharmacy; 3 years experience in handling work relating to natural products/ medicinal plants
• Date of Walk-in : 29.03.2010

2. Research Associates : 02 Posts
• Salary: Rs. 17,000/- pm (fixed) + HRA
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification :M.D. / Ph.D. in Pharmacology/Chemistry/Botany/Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Date of Walk-in : 29.03.2010

3. Senior Research Fellow : 01 Post
• Salary: Rs. 14,000/- pm (fixed) + HRA
• Age : Below 35 years
• Qualification : MSc. (Botany/Chemistry/Medicinal Plants/Pharmacology) with 2 years experience -or M. Pharma
• Date of Walk-in : 29.03.2010

4. Programme Associates : 02 Posts
• Salary: Rs. 13,455/ - pm (fixed)
• Age : Below 35 years
• Qualification :M. Pharma/ MSc. (Chemistry/Botany/Computer Science/IT)/MCA
• Date of Walk-in : 30.03.2010

5. Data Entry Assistant : 01 Post
• Salary: Rs. 9,630/- pm (fixed).
• Age : Below 35 years
• Qualification : Graduate with 2 years relevant experience. Desirable (i) Diploma/Certificate in computer applications from a reputed institution (ii) Science graduates or Experience of working in scientific institution or scientific information
• Date of Walk-in : 30.03.2010

Project-II – Quality Standards of Indian Medicinal Plants

1. Data Entry Assistants : 02 Posts
• Salary: Rs. 9,630/- pm (fixed).
• Age : Below 35 years
• Qualification : Graduate with 2 years relevant experience. Desirable (i) Diploma/Certificate in computer applications from a reputed institution (ii) Science graduates or Experience of working in scientific institution or scientific information
• Date of Walk-in : 30.03.2010
