1. Assistant Director (Training) : 01 Post
• Pay : Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 + 4600 (Grade Pay).
• Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010
• Qualification : Graduate in Science with Diploma in advanced Coir Technology and three years practical experience

2. Showroom Manager Gr.III : 02 Posts
• Pay : Pay Band Rs.9300-34800 + 4200 (Grade Pay)
• Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010
• Qualification : Degree of a recognized University or equivalent with 2 years experience in Marketing of consumer products

3. Salesman : 13 Posts
• Pay : Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 + 1900 (Grade Pay)
• Age : Not exceeding 30 years as on 16.08.2010
• Qualification : SSLC or equivalent having knowledge of Book Keeping and Accountancy. 30 w.p.m.in typewriting essential

4. Hamal Cum Stitcher : 06 Posts
• Pay : Pay Band Rs.5200-20200 + 1800 (Grade Pay)
• Age : Not exceeding 35 years as on 16.08.2010
• Qualification : A pass in middle school standard and two years experience in stitching and work connected with the sale of coir and coir goods
