Central Bank of India is looking for a Professionally Qualified and Talented Company Secretary in Senior Management Grade Scale V under Specialist Category or Appointment on Contractual basis

1. Company Secretary in SMG Scale V/ Contractual Appointment
• Pay Scale : Rs. 36,200-1000/2-1100/2 for regular basis
• Pay: for Contractual Appointment Fixed Compensation- Rs. 8 Lakhs p.a. & Variable Compensation- Rs.3 Lakhs p.a.
• Max. Age : Not exceeding 45 years
• Qualification :First class graduate with ACS from Institute of Company Secretaries of India
