Applications are invited from Indian Nationals with a proven track record in teaching, research and development for Faculty in the following areas . Renewable energy policy, economics and financing , Solar thermal power plant design, performance, simulation and optimization, Optical materials, coatings, solar mirror manufacture and characterization , Solar refrigeration and air-conditioning technologies , Smart and micro-grids , Low cost electronic access device design and testing , System on a chip and allied VLSI design , Information and communication technology in Health , Wireless sensor networks , Smart mobility (such as electric, hybrid and solar vehicles) , Smart homes and health monitoring of buildings , Studies in Public Policy for ICT

1. Associate Professor
• Scale of Pay : Minimum pay of Rs. 42,800 in PB-4 of Rs.37,400 – 67,000 plus AGP of Rs. 9,500/-In PB4 : 37,000 – 67,000 + AGP 9,500

2. Assistant Professor
• Scale of Pay : Minimum pay Rs 30,000 in PB3:15,600 - 39,100 with + AGP Rs 8,000 and other allowances. On completion of 3 years of service as Assistant Professor, shall move to PB4: Rs.37,400 – 67,000 with AGP Rs.9,000

3. Project Officer
• Salary : Consolidated Pay Rs.70,000 per month

4. Associate Project Officer
• Salary : Consolidated Pay Rs.50,000 per month

5. Assistant Project Officer
• Salary : Consolidated Pay Rs.35,000 per month
