1. Director (Organisation, System Planning and Management) : 01 Post (On Direct Recruitment/Deputation)
• Age : For Direct Recruitment : 50 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : For Direct Recruitment : 1. A first class or High Second Class M.B.A. Degree from a recognised University 2. Ph.D or its equivalent in relevant discipline from a recognised University 3. 10 years experience in teaching / training of management discipline / management of agricultural or rural development programmes out of which 5 years should be in the cadre of Dy Director

2. Upper Division Clerk (UDC) : 01 Post (On Deputation only)
• Qualification : (1) A Bachelor degree from a recognised University. (2) Speed of 30 w.p.m in English typewriting and possession of English typewriting Lower Grade. (3) 3 Yrs. Experience in Govt. Office / Undertaking or Autonomous body or reputed firms. (4) Knowledge of Govt. Rules and Regulations and office procedure. (5) Working knowledge of computers.
