Age Limit : For Senior Residents, Resident Anaesthetist, Resident Pathologist, Casualty Medical Officers (General Surgery) : 33 years and in case of post doctoral degree holders is 35 years (Relaxable as per rules) . For Demonstrators & Emergency Medical Officers (EMO) : 30 years for MBBS and 33 years for PG degree holder) (Relaxable as per rules)

Pay Scale : For Senior Residents, Casualty Medical Officers, Resident Anaesthetists & Resident Pathologists : Rs. 15600-39100( With initial start of Rs.18750/-) + Grade Pay Rs.6600/- + allowances , For Demonstrators : Pay scale: Rs.10300-34800( With initial start of Rs.13450/-) + grade pay Rs.5000/- + NPA (for Medical Graduates only, if admissible), For Emergency Medical Officer (EMO): Pay scale: Rs. 15600-39100 + grade pay Rs. 5400/- + NPA if admissible
