- Age : 21- 28 years as on 1st January, 2010. (Relaxable as per rules)
- Qualification : i) Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University. ii) Declared successful in the Civil Services (Preliminary) Examination, 2009.
- Pay Scale : PB-3, Rs.15600-39100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400/-
