Job Details

1. Manager (Finance) : 01 Post (SC Arunthathiyars on preferential basis)
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 7600
• Age : 40 years as on 01.10.2009
• Educational Qualification :CA / ICWA
• Experience : Minimum 5 years post qualification experience

2. Dy. Manager (Personnel & Administration) : 01 (General Turn)
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600
• Age : 40 years as on 01.10.2009
• Educational Qualification : MA (Sociology) OR Master of Social Work OR MBA (Optional subject - HR) OR Post Graduates Processing DLAL / P.G. Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management awarded by the Recognized Universities / Institutions.
• Experience : Minimum of 10 years experience in Personnel & Admin . Dept ., out of which 5 years in the level of Asst. Manager Cadre.

Last Date for receipt of application : With in 15 days from 16.12.2009

In addition to Basis pay , other allowances / perks like H.R.A., D.A., Contributory Provident Fund , Medical Reimbursement for self and dependent family members , encashment of Earned Leave , L.T.C., etc. as per the norms of the corporation.
