Export Inspection Council of India needs professionals for appointment in Export Inspection Agencies having Head Offices at Delhi, Mumbai, Kochi, Chennai and Kolkata with a net work of 36 Sub-Offices including laboratories for the posts as mentioned below.

Job Details

1. Assistant Director (Tech) - 10 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
• Age Limit : 25 to 35 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Degree in Engineering /Technology or Post Graduate in Science or its equivalent . 5 years experience in inspection, standardization, testing etc. in the respective fields

2. Technical Officer - 9 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Age Limit : 25 to 35 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Degree in Engineering /Technology / Degree in Science (Preferable Honours/ Post Graduate)/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent 3 years experience in standardization, testing, inspection and food regulation in the respective fields. Working knowledge of standards of ISO 17020; 17025 and ISO 22000

3. Jr. Scientific Assistant - 02 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Age Limit : 20 to 30 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Degree in Engineering /Technology / Degree in Science (Preferable Honours/ Post Graduate)/ Diploma in Engineering/ Technology or equivalent . Experience of testing ; food regulation and working knowledge of standards of ISO 17020; 17025 and ISO 22000

4. Senior Accounts Officer - 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
• Age Limit : 25 to 35 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Degree or equivalent. 5 years experience in Accounts work in a Government / Semi-Government / Autonomous Body of which 2 years must be in supervisory capacity. Knowledge of Government rules and regulations would be desirable

5. Assistant Director (Non-Technical) - 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
• Age Limit : 25 to 35 years (Relaxable as per rules)
• Qualification : Degree or equivalent. 5 years experience in administration / finance/publicity / public relations etc., in the respective field.
