- Pay Band : Rs.9,570-30,000/- and Grade Pay Rs.2600/-
- Age : 18 to 37 years as on 30-11-2009 Relaxable by 5(five) years in case of ST/SC & Government Servants.
- Qualification : (I) Degree of any recognized University.(ii) Degree/Diploma in Library Science from a recognized University (iii) 5(five) years experience in the Library work.
