Job Details

1. Director Resident Instruction-cum-Dean Post-graduate Studies : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP 10,000/- + Special Pay Rs. 400/-
• Essential Qualification : i) Doctorate degree in any branch of Agriculture/Veterinary or allied sciences. ii) 15 years experience of teaching and research of which 07 years should be in the rank of Professor or equivalent in an Agricultural University or Research Institute.
  

2. Dean : 02 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP 10,000/-
• Essential Qualification : i) Doctorate degree in any discipline/subject of the concerned faculty. ii) 15 years experience of Teaching/Research of which (07) years should be in the rank of Professor or equivalent in an Agricultural University/Research Institution.

3. Professor/Chief Scientist : 02 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400 – 67,000 + AGP 10,000/-
• Essential Qualification : i) Doctorate degree in the subject concerned. ii) 12 years teaching and/or research experience (not below the rank of Assistant Professor) in the concerned subject, out of which 05 years should be in the rank of Associate Professor or equivalent. iii) Good research experience as evidenced by publications.

4. Associate Professor/Sr.Scientist : 03 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs.12,000-18,300 UGC Scale (Pre-revised)
• Essential Qualification : i) Doctorate degree in the subject concerned. ii) 07 years experience of teaching and/or research in the concerned subject, out of which 04 years should be in the rank of Assistant Professor or equivalent.
