Job Details

1. Scientist "C"
• No of Posts : 02
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600
• Age : Below 45 years
• Qualification : A Doctorate degree in Zoology /Botany / ntomology / Agriculture / Agronomy / Chemistry / Sericulture from a recognised University with a minimum of 10 years Research experience out of which 5 years should be in the capacity of Scientist-B (PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs.5400/-) or equivalent

2. Scientist "C" (Reeling & Spinning)
• No of Posts : 03
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 6600
• Age : Below 45 years
• Qualification : A Doctorate degree in Textiles Technology/ Textile Chemistry or Textile Engineering from a recognised University with a minimum of 10 years Research experience out of which 5 years should be in the capacity of Scientist-B (Reeling & Spinning) (PB-3 Rs.15600-39100 + Grade pay of Rs.5400/-) or equivalent

3. Scientist "B"
• No of Posts : 21
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : High II Class Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Zoology /Botany / Entomology / Agriculture / Agronomy / Chemistry / Sericulture from a recognised University with 5 years Research experience as evidenced by Research Publications in reputed journals

4. Scientist "B" (Reeling & Spinning)
• No of Posts : 02
• Pay Scale : PB-3 (Rs.15600-39100) with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400
• Age : Below 40 years
• Qualification : High II Class Master’s degree with at least 55% marks in Textile Technology/ Textile Chemistry or Textile Engineering from a recognised University with 5 years Research experience

5. Senior Library & Information Assistant
• No of Posts : 01
• Pay Scale : PB-2 Rs. 9300-34800 with Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Age : Below 30 years
• Qualification : Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Science / Commerce/ Arts or an equivalent qualification with Bachelor’s Degree of a recognized University in Library Science

6. Junior Stenographer
• No of Posts : 01
• Pay Scale : PB-1 (Rs. 5200-20200) with Grade Pay of Rs.2400
• Age : Below 25 years
• Qualification : Matriculation or equivalent qualification with a pass in English Typewriting and Shorthand
  examinations conducted by the State Technical Education Board with a speed of 40 words per minute in English Typewriting and 80 words per minute in English Shorthand.
