BEL India requires serving/retired Officers from Army/Navy/Airforce with relevant experience for the post of Additional General Manager (National Marketing)/ DGM (Marketing) for Regional Office Delhi on immediate bsorption/re-employment basis.

Job Details

1. Additional General Manager (NM)
• No of Posts : 01
• Pay Scale : Rs. 43200- 3% - 66000
• CTC: Rs. 14.44 Lakhs p.a
• Age : 50 years as on 01.11.2009
• Eligibility : Colonel with 4 years of experience in the Rank or Brigadier. Candidates from the Indian Army will only be considered for selection to the above post.

2. Deputy General Manager (Marketing)-02 posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 32900-3%-58000
• CTC: Rs. 10.60 Lakhs p.a
• Age : 45 years as on 01.11.2009
• Eligibility : a. Navy - Commander with 4 years of experience in the Rank or Captain. b. Airforce - Wing Commander with 4 years of experience in the Rank or Group Captain. Candidates from only Navy/Airforce will only be considered for the above posts
