Applications are invited from Indian citizens for filling up the following temporary posts by direct recruitment in the Innovation in Science Pursuit for Inspired Research (INSPIRE) Program, SERC, Department of Science & Technology as per details given below

Job Details

1. Scientist "B"
• No of Posts : 04 (Gen-2, OBC-2)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 5,400
• Qualification : Master’s Degree in Natural / Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine

2. Scientist "C"
• No of Posts : 02 (Gen-2)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600-39,100 Grade Pay Rs. 6600/-
• Qualification : Master’s Degree in Natural / Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent

3. Scientist "F"
• No of Posts : 02 (Gen-2)
• Pay Scale : Rs. 37,400 – 67,000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 8900/-
• Qualification : Master’s Degree in Natural / Agricultural Sciences or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Technology / Medicine from a recognized University or equivalent

Last Date for receipt of application : 30 days from 17.10.2009, 45 days for candidates from far-flung areas
