1. Estate In charge
• Qualification : BE/B.Tech. in civil engineering with at least 5 years experience in building construction/ campus development/ maintenance in major projects or in Institutions of repute

2. Project Manager
• Qualification : Candidates should be a B.E./ B.Tech. in Civil with at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager or similar position

3. Electrical Engineer
• Qualification :B.E./ B.Tech in Electrical Engineering

4. Junior Engineer (Civil and Electrical)
• Qualification :Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering
