• Pay Scale : Rs. 9300 – 34800 + Grade Pay Rs. 4200
• Age : 20 to 25 years as on 20.08.2010
• Educational Qualification : Matric or equivalent with Diploma in Civil Engineering from an Institute recognized by the Central Government.
