• Age : Below 35 Years as on 25.07.2010 (40 years for SC/ST and 38 years for OBC candidates belonging to Delhi only)
• Qualification : Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in concerned speciality from a recognized university. DMC Registration : Candidates must have a valid DMC Registration with P.G. Qualification.
