IDSA is looking for a professionally qualified Human Resource Development Manager to develop an HR plan for the Institute, to institutionalize its HR policies and practices and to undertake other HR related tasks including among others

1. Human Resource Development Manager
• Exp. & Qualification : Candidates should have at least 5 years experience of work in an HR position with a Masters Degree or diploma in Business Administration/ Human Resource Development. Other strong academic qualifications suitable for this responsibility would also be acceptable
