HR Cell

1. Personnel Officer : 01 Post
• Emoluments: Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Age Limit : 40 years as on 01.01.2010
• Qualification : An MBA in HR from a recognized institute with minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR work in Central/ State Public undertakings/ Govt. sector, with proficiency in e-process, career progression and research analysis of performance/ identification of constraints in performance

2. Assist. Manager IT : 01 Post
• Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- per month (consolidated)
• Age Limit : 30 years as on 01.01.2010
• Qualification : MCA or having a requisite IT qualification, should have proficiency to maintain all personal data of health sector through an e-process and research and analysis of performance of employees

Health Finance Management Group

1. State Health Finance Analyst
• Emoluments: Between Rs. 40,000/- to Rs. 50,000/- P.M.
• Qualification : Chartered Accountant, having minimum 3 years experience/ or an ICWA with minimum of 10 years of experience with demonstrable IT based finance/account handing skills and capacity in management of finance of societies/ public organization/ Government institutions/ Public Sector/ large private institution/ audit firms

2. Assistant Health Finance Analyst : 01 Post
• Emoluments: Rs. 25,000/- to Rs. 30,000/- P.M.
• Qualification : ICWA/Inter exam from Institute of Chartered Accountant of India, must have completed Articles training

3. Coordinator, Mamta : 01 Post (preferably female)
• Emoluments: Rs. 20,000/- P.M., Traveling Allowances – as per rules of SHSB, Patna
• Age Limit : Minimum 22 Yrs., Maximum 35 Yrs as on 01.01.2010
• Qualification : I. He/She should be an MBA from a recognized institution with minimum 5 years of experience of working in Health Sector, particularly MCH/RCH at the field level. II. Proficient with Data Based Management Programme and commonly used packages like- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. III. Proficient in communication and presentation skills
