BECIL Invites applications from dynamic and result oriented professionals for direct recruitment for the following posts

1. Joint General Manager (Being redesignated as General Manager ) : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 36600-62000 (IDA)
• Age : 50 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : Degree in Electrical/ Electronics & communication/IT Engg: with minimum 10 year experience in
  middle managerial level with proven track record of working in business development/ marketing of professional services / products/ design, planning & execution of Radio/TV projects

2. Manager (Finance) : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 24900-50500 (IDA)
• Age : 40 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in a CPSE.

3. Manager (HR/Admin) : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 24900-50500 (IDA)
• Age : 40 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : PG Degree in Pers. Mgt. / Industrial Relations / HRD / Social Work with minimum 5 years experience in the relevant field of which 3 years in the middle managerial level preferably in
  a CPSE. Desirable: MBA/LLB/PG Diploma in Labour Laws.

4. Deputy Manager (Finance) : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA)
• Age : 38 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : CA/CWA/MBA (Finance) with minimum 3 years experience in the relevant field, of which 1 year in the Asstt. Manager level

5. Deputy Manager (BD) : 01 Post
• Pay Scale : Rs. 20600-46500 (IDA)
• Age : 38 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : Degree in Electrical/E&C/IT Engg. or equivalent with minimum 3 years experience in the field of Broadcast/ Communication of which 1 year in the Asstt. Manager level.

6. Management Trainee for Regional Office Bangalore : 01 Post
• Pay: 15000 per month (consolidated stipend)
• Age : 28 Yrs as on 01.04.2010
• Qualification : Degree in Electrical/Electronics & communication / IT Engg. with at least 70% for general category (60% for reserved category) from a recognized University/Institution. Desirable: MBA/PG Diploma in business management
