1. Scientist C
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600
• Age : 35 Years
• Qualification : Ist Class M.Sc. Chemistry with Specialisation in Organic Chemistry or equivalent OR Ist Class B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent from a Chemical Engg. or equivalent from a recognized university, with 5 years of research experience . Desirable : Higher qualification and experience in Polymer Technology.

2. Scientist C
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600
• Age : 35 Years
• Qualification : Ist Class M.Sc. in Physics / Wood Science and Technology or equivalent or Ist Class BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engg. or equivalent from a recognized university , with 5 years of research experience . Desirable : Higher qualification and experience in Wood Technology.

3. Scientist C
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600
• Age : 35 Years
• Qualification : Ist Class M.Sc. in Statistics / Computer Science or equivalent from a recognized university with 5 years of research experience . Desirable : Higher qualification and experience in data processing / e-governance.

4. Scientist B
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 5400
• Age : 30 Years
• Qualification : Ist Class M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent from a recognized university . Desirable : Higher Qualification or Experience.
