• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 7600
• Total Emoluments: Rs.59000/- approx.
• Age : Not more than 37 years as on 01.07.2010

2. Member Technical Staff (E-II) : 06 Posts
• Pay Scale : Rs. 15,600 - 39,100 + Grade Pay Rs. 6600
• Total Emoluments: Rs.49000/- approx.
• Age : Not more than 33 years as on 01.07.2010

3. Project Engineer : 19 Posts
• Total Emoluments: Rs.22500/- (Consolidated)
• Age : Not more than 30 years as on 01.07.2010

4. Program Coordinator : 01 Post
• Total Emoluments: 1.05 Lakhs per month (Consolidated)
